DMCS Policy
Last updated: September 1st, 2025
Webplo, a product of Krodox Holdings Inc. ("Webplo", "we", "our", or "us"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted this Copyright Policy.
This policy explains how copyright owners can submit notices of claimed infringement, how users can respond with counter-notices, and how Webplo handles such requests.
1. Designated DMCA Agent
Pursuant to the DMCA, Webplo designates the following agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement:
DMCA Agent Krodox Holdings Inc. Email: legal@webplo.com Address: Miami, FL 33018, USA
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content hosted on or accessible through Webplo services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA Notice to our Designated Agent. To be valid under the DMCA, your Notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, including its location on Webplo (URL or project).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Notices failing to provide the required information may not be processed.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you are a user whose content was removed or disabled in response to a DMCA Notice and you believe this removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may submit a Counter-Notice to our Designated Agent. Your Counter-Notice must include:
- Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, Webplo may restore the removed content unless the original complainant notifies us within 10 business days that they have filed a legal action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
4. Repeat Infringers
Webplo reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are the subject of repeat or flagrant copyright infringement claims. We may also remove content without prior notice if we reasonably determine it violates applicable law or this policy.
5. Misrepresentation
Please note that submitting false or misleading DMCA Notices or Counter-Notices may result in liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees). Consider consulting an attorney before filing a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice.
