("Krodox", "Webplo", "we", "us" or "our") or others via the Services. These Terms of Service set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Services.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Webplo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Webplo only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):

  • Illegal Content: You may not host, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
  • Sensitive & Prohibited Content:
    • Pornography, sexually explicit material, or escort-related content.
    • Any material depicting or promoting child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment.
    • Content that promotes hate speech, harassment, or violence.
  • Malware & Abuse: You may not upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt other users.
  • Intellectual Property Violations: You may not host or share content that infringes on the rights of others.

5. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Webplo.
  • By using the Service, you grant Webplo a limited license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
  • Webplo does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

6. Service Availability

Webplo strives for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Use the Service in a way that could harm others or Webplo’s reputation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately end.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Webplo makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Webplo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

Webplo may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
