Managing bookings
Review, confirm and cancel the bookings your customers make.
Open the Bookings tab. The list is split into Upcoming and Past.
Finding a booking
- Switch between Upcoming and Past at the top.
- Search by name or email with Search name or email.
- Bookings are grouped by day: Today, Tomorrow, then the day of the week and date. Past also uses Yesterday.
- Each row shows the customer, the service and its length. Upcoming rows show the time. Past rows show the status.
Upcoming lists pending and confirmed bookings that have not started. Past lists bookings whose start time has gone by, with their final status.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting for your approval. |
| Confirmed | Approved, or confirmed automatically. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by you or the customer. |
| Completed | You marked it as done. |
A booking's dialog
Click a row. The dialog shows the customer's name, email and status, then When, Service, and Phone and Note if they gave them. Call and Email contact the customer.
Owners also see:
- Confirm booking on a pending booking. You see “Booking confirmed” and the customer is emailed.
- Mark as completed on a confirmed booking. You see “Booking marked as completed”.
- Cancel booking. The dialog Cancel this booking? says “The customer will be notified by email.” Choose Keep it or Cancel booking. You see “Booking cancelled”.
Editors can view bookings but not change them.
Share your booking link
Under the list, the Booking link tile shows your link. The button beside it shares it (or copies it when your device cannot share).
When the list is empty
- No upcoming bookings: “Share your booking link to get the first one.”
- No past bookings: “Bookings that already took place will show up here.”
- No matches: “No booking matches that name or email.”
If you turned on Auto-confirm bookings, new bookings arrive already Confirmed.
