Setting Your Schedule
Set your open hours and the rules for how far ahead people can book.
The Hours page (“Tell us when you're open. People can only book during these hours.”) controls when slots appear and how appointments are accepted.
Weekly hours
Under Weekly hours, set opening and closing times for each day. Tick Closed for your days off (“Times use your local timezone.”). Use the duplicate button (“Apply to all days”) to copy one day's hours to the rest.
How appointments work
- Accept new appointments automatically — when off, “you'll review and approve each appointment yourself before it's confirmed.”
- Time between slots — “Most use 15 or 30 minutes.”
- Earliest someone can book — lead time in hours (“e.g. 1 hour, 24 = 1 day.”).
- How far ahead people can book — “30 days is a good start.”
- Notification email — “Where appointment requests, confirmations, and cancellations should go. Leave blank to email the site owners.”
Public page details
Under Public page you can add an optional Booking policy (“Shown to visitors before they pick a service.”) and a Rating / Number of reviews to display on your booking page.
Saving
When you change anything, a bar appears: “You have unsaved changes.” Click Save hours (or Discard). You'll see “Schedule saved.”
Troubleshooting
- “Set both opening and closing times, or mark the day as closed.” — a day is marked open but missing a time.
- “Closing time must be after opening time.” — fix the order of your times.
