How rewards work

Your friend gets their first month free — Webplo's best offer. On an annual plan, they get one month's value off the year instead.
You earn a month's credit per qualified referral, applied automatically to your next invoice.
A friend qualifies once they have actually paid — so with a free first month, your credit arrives after their first real payment.

Stat cards show Credit earned, Total referrals, Qualified, and Pending.
Your referrals lists each friend with a Status (Pending, Qualified, Rewarded, and so on) and the date. No referrals yet? You'll see “No referrals yet — share your link to get started.”

Referral Program Terms

These terms govern the Webplo Referral Program (the “Program”). By sharing your referral link or participating in the Program, you agree to these terms, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy. The Program is offered by Webplo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and is void where prohibited.

1. Eligibility

You must have an active Webplo account in good standing to send referrals.
The person you refer (your “friend”) must be a new Webplo customer who has not previously held a paid Webplo subscription and does not already have an account.
You may not refer yourself. Self-referrals, and referrals between accounts controlled by the same person or household, are not eligible.

2. How to participate

Open the Refer friends page and copy your unique referral link, or share it by email, WhatsApp, Facebook, or X.
Your friend signs up through your link and subscribes to a paid plan.
Once they qualify, your reward is issued automatically — there is nothing else you need to do.

Referral attribution is last-touch and your link is remembered for 30 days after a friend first clicks it. If a friend later clicks someone else’s link, the most recent link applies.

3. Rewards

Your friend receives their first month free, applied automatically at checkout. This is our best available offer. On an annual plan the equivalent amount ($26) is taken off the annual invoice instead, because a percentage would discount the whole year.
You receive $26 in account credit for each qualified referral, applied automatically to your next invoice as a customer balance.
Your friend’s referral discount cannot be combined with public promotion codes (such as FRIENDS30). The referral offer is designed to be the better deal, so only one applies.

4. When a referral qualifies

A referral is qualified when your friend has actually paid us — a successfully completed payment of more than $0. Referrals remain Pending until that happens.

Because your friend's first month is free, their first invoice is $0. Your credit is therefore issued after their first real payment — in practice, at the start of their second month. This is deliberate: a reward paid before any money changes hands could be claimed for accounts that never pay.

5. Program limits

You can earn rewards for up to 25 qualified referrals.
The maximum credit you can earn is $650 USD in total, over the lifetime of your account.
Account credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn or refunded, and can only be used toward Webplo charges on the account that earned it.

6. Reversals and disqualification

We may withhold, reverse, or revoke credits — and may suspend participation — if we reasonably determine that a referral is invalid or that the Program is being misused, including where:

A referred subscription is canceled, refunded, charged back, or fails payment before or shortly after it qualifies.
Referrals originate from the same device, IP address, payment method, or household, or use disposable or fraudulent email addresses.
Referral links are distributed through spam, paid advertising on Webplo trademarks, coupon or deal sites, bots, or other unauthorized or misleading means.
Any information provided is false, or these terms or our policies are otherwise violated.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to rewards you receive under the Program.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or end the Program, or change these terms, at any time and for any reason. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Credits already issued to your account will be honored, subject to these terms. If we end the Program, you may lose the ability to earn further rewards.
