Deleting Your Account
Permanently remove your Webplo account and all of its data.
Deleting your account is permanent. As the warning states: “Once your account is deleted, all of its resources and data will be permanently deleted. Before deleting your account, please download any data or information that you wish to retain.”
What to do
- Click Delete account.
- In the confirmation pop-up titled “Are you sure you want to delete your account?”, enter your password (if your account has one).
- Click Delete account to confirm, or Cancel to keep your account.
Before you can delete
If you have active subscriptions you'll be asked to resolve them first. You may see messages such as:
- “You must cancel all active subscriptions before deleting your account.”
- “You are the billing owner for [sites]. Cancel or transfer billing before deleting your account.”
Cancel or transfer ownership of those sites, then return here.
