Managing guests

See who has responded, invite people, and keep the guest list under control.

The RSVPs tab shows one date at a time.

The summary

At the top you see the date's status (Draft, Published or Closed), how many guests are attending (“attending of …” when you set a capacity), and the date and place.

The guest list

  • Filter with All, Pending, Attending or Declined. Each shows its count.
  • Search with Search name or email. The field appears once the list has more than 8 guests.
  • Each row shows the guest's name and email, with their status at the right edge. A group also shows “Party of …”.

A guest's status is Pending, Going, Maybe, Waitlisted or Declined. Maybe and Waitlisted guests appear under All.

A guest's dialog

Click a guest to see their email and status, Guests (the group size), Phone, Note, and when they Replied (or were Invited). Email starts a message.

Owners also see:

  • Confirm guest for anyone who is not yet going. You see “Guest confirmed.”
  • Decline RSVP. The dialog Decline this RSVP? says “The guest will be told their spot is canceled.” Choose Keep RSVP or Decline RSVP. You see “RSVP declined.”

If the date is full, confirming shows “The event is at capacity.” If a guest's status has already changed, you see “That action is no longer available for this guest.”

Invite a guest

Owners can click Invite a guest. Type an optional Name and an email, then click Send invite. Webplo emails the guest a personal link to RSVP. You see “Invitation sent.”

The RSVP link tile shows the date's public link, with a button to share or copy it.

When there are no responses

You see No RSVPs yet: “Share your event link or invite guests to start collecting responses.”
