Managing & Removing Members
Change roles, cancel pending invites, and remove access.
The team list is split into Active members and Pending invitations. Your own row is marked You.
Changing a role
Open a member's actions menu (Member actions) and choose Change role. Pick the new role and click Update.
Removing a member
Choose Remove access. You'll be asked “Are you sure you want to remove this member's access? This action cannot be undone.” Click Confirm.
Pending invitations
For invites that haven't been accepted yet, use Invitation actions to:
- Change role — adjust their role before they join.
- Cancel invitation — “Are you sure you want to cancel this invitation? This action cannot be undone.”
Empty state
No team yet? You'll see “No collaborators yet” — “Invite a teammate above to give them access to this site.”
