Managing & removing members

Change roles, cancel pending invitations and remove people.

Open the Site tab and click Team members. Your own row shows “(you)”. Only owners can change anything here.

Changing a role

1. Click a member's row.
2. Choose Owner or Editor.
3. Click Save. You see “Role updated”.

Removing a member

1. Click the member's row and click Remove from this site.
2. The dialog Remove …? says “They will lose access to this site.” Click Remove.

You see “Member removed”.

Pending invitations

Click an invitation to open Cancel this invitation?. It says the address will no longer be able to join. Choose Keep it or Cancel invitation. You see “Invitation canceled”.

Good to know

• You cannot open your own row to change or remove yourself.
• The person who pays for the site cannot be changed or removed.
