Setting Up Bookings

Turn on online bookings so customers can book you in a few taps.

Bookings let people schedule time with you directly from your site — no phone tag. Webplo sends email confirmations and only offers times that fit your open hours.

Plan note: Bookings are included on every plan, including Solo — setting them up yourself is part of the do-it-yourself product. Setup only locks if the site has no active subscription or trial — subscribe or start a trial to enable it.

What to do

1. From Site Home, find the Bookings card (“Let customers make bookings with you online.”).
2. You'll see “Let's get you taking bookings” with a “A quick 2-step setup” hero. Click Start setup (or Continue setup).
3. Step 1 — What you offer. Add one service to begin: a Name (e.g. “Haircut”), pick How long does it take? from the presets (15 min, 30 min, 1 h, …) or enter your own hours/minutes, and an optional Price. Click Continue.
4. Step 2 — When you're open. Set your weekly hours. Tick Closed for days off, otherwise choose opening and closing times. Click Continue.
5. Step 3 — Share & go. You'll see “You're ready to take bookings!” with your public link and a Copy button. Share it anywhere. A “Your booking page is ready!” confirmation confirms setup is complete.

After setup

Once you're live, the Bookings card becomes a compact dashboard showing Your public booking link, Upcoming and Pending counts, and your Next booking. Use View bookings to manage them.

Good to know

• You can add more services or fine-tune hours anytime from the left menu.
• New bookings appear right on the Bookings page.
