Setting up bookings
Turn on online bookings so customers can book you from your site.
Bookings are for business and salon sites. Customers pick a service and a time, and Webplo only offers times that fit your hours. Restaurant sites use this tab for table requests, sports academies take registrations on the Registrations tab, and cleaning sites take quote requests on the Quotes tab. Event pages use the RSVPs tab instead.
Plan note: Bookings are included in every plan. They work while the subscription or trial is active. If the site has no active plan, the Bookings tab sends you to Billing.
What to do
- Open the Home tab and find Up next. On a site with no bookings set up, it shows Let's get you taking bookings and “A quick setup.”
- Click Set up bookings (or Continue setup if you began before). The dialog is titled Set up your booking page.
- What you offer: type a Name (for example Haircut), choose How long does it take?, and add a Price (optional). Click Continue.
- When you're open: set the hours for each day, or mark a day closed. Click Continue.
- Share & go: the dialog says You're ready to take bookings and shows your booking link to share. Click Done.
A default setup
A new business site may start with a service named Appointment and default opening hours. Home then shows Check your booking setup: “Your booking page is ready to take bookings. The opening hours are our default. Check they're yours.” Click Review setup to open the hours, or That's right to confirm.
After setup
Up next lists your next bookings. See all opens the Bookings tab, where the Booking link tile holds the link to share. Add more services and change hours under Services and hours.
