How Visitors Book
What your customers see when they book an appointment online.
This is the public booking experience your customers use after you share your appointment link. It's a simple three-step flow: Services → Date → Details.
The customer's journey
- Choose a service. The page shows your business name, optional rating and booking policy, then a list of services with duration and price. The customer taps one.
- Pick a date and time. A calendar shows only days with availability; unavailable days are disabled. After picking a day, available time slots appear. If there's nothing free, they'll see “No times available on this date. Try another day.”
- Enter details. They fill in Your name, Email (“We will send your confirmation here.”), optional Phone, and optional Notes for the merchant, then click Book appointment.
- Confirmation. If auto-confirm is on, they see “You are confirmed!” Otherwise they see “Request received” — “The merchant will confirm shortly.” A calendar invite is emailed.
Good to know
- Times are shown in your business's timezone, not the visitor's.
- Only times within your open hours, lead time, and booking window are offered.
- Customers can book another appointment right from the confirmation screen.
