Member Roles & Permissions
Understand what Owners and Editors can do on your site.
Webplo has two roles. You choose one when inviting someone and can change it later.
The roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | “Full access. Can manage team members, billing, and all site settings.” |
| Editor | “Can edit site content and settings, but cannot manage the team or billing.” |
New invitations default to Editor.
Good to know
- Only Owners can invite members, change roles, manage invitations, and transfer billing.
- The paying owner's role can't be changed, and they can't be removed.
