Switching between sites
Manage several sites from one account and jump between them.
The My sites page
My sites lists every site you can manage. Open it from the account menu (your initials at the top right). If you have none, it says “No sites yet”.
Each row shows:
- The site's name and its address.
- A status: Trial, Live, Building, or a warning such as Canceled.
Click a row to open that site's Home tab.
The site switcher
On any site page, the site's name and address at the top left open a menu headed Switch site. Pick a site to move to it. You stay on the same tab: from Home you land on Home, from Insights on Insights, and from Bookings, RSVPs, Registrations or Quotes on that tab. From the Site tab or one of its pages, you land on the other site's Site tab. If the other site has no active plan, the Bookings and RSVPs tabs send you to its Home instead.
Creating another site
Use Create a new site on My sites, or Create a site in the switcher. Each new site has its own trial and its own subscription. When you cannot create another, the row is locked and says why, for example “Subscribe to create more sites” or “Contact support to start another site”.
