Defining Your Services

Define what customers can book — names, durations, and prices.

The Services page (“What you offer, how long it takes, and what it costs.”) lists everything customers can schedule. Each service shows a Live or Hidden badge and its price (or “No price set”).

Adding or editing a service

  1. Click Add item (or tap an existing service to edit it).
  2. Fill in the form (“What you offer, how long it takes, and what it costs.”):
    • Name — e.g. “Haircut” (required).
    • Category (optional)“Group similar services together on your public page.”
    • Image (optional)“A square photo works best. Max 4 MB.”
    • How long does it take? — pick a preset or enter Hours and Minutes (5 minutes to 2 days).
    • Price (optional)“Leave empty to show 'Free' or hide the price.”
    • Description“What's included? Anything customers should know?”
    • Notification email for this service — optional override of the site-wide email for this service only.
  3. Toggle Show on public appointment page to control whether it's Live or Hidden.
  4. Save. You'll see “Service saved.”

Removing a service

Open the service and choose delete. You'll be asked “Delete this item?”“:name will be removed from your appointment page. Past appointments stay intact.” Confirm with Delete.

Good to know

  • No services yet? You'll see “No services yet”“Add your first item so customers can book it.”
  • Hidden services stay saved but won't appear on your public page.
