Managing Appointments
Review, confirm, and cancel the appointments your customers book.
The Appointments page (“Review, confirm, or cancel appointments from your customers.”) shows everything in a List or Calendar view.
Finding an appointment
- Switch between List and Calendar at the top.
- In list view, search by name or email and filter by status: Upcoming, Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled, Completed, Past, or All.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Awaiting your approval (amber). |
| Confirmed | Approved or auto-confirmed (green). |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by you, the customer, or the system (red). |
| Completed | The appointment has happened (blue). |
Confirming and cancelling
- On a Pending appointment, click Confirm to approve it. You'll see “Appointment confirmed.” The customer is emailed.
- Click Cancel to cancel. You'll be asked “Cancel this appointment?” — “The customer will be notified by email.” Choose Keep it or Cancel appointment. You'll see “Appointment cancelled.”
Good to know
- No appointments yet? You'll see “No appointments yet” — “When customers book, you'll see them here.”
- If you enabled Accept new appointments automatically, bookings arrive already Confirmed.
