Access & Privacy

Invite teammates to help manage your site and control their access level.

Preferences → Team is where you share access to your site. The section “Team Members” explains: “Invite others to collaborate on this site. You can assign different roles to control their access level.”

Roles

Role Access
Owner Full access — can manage team members, billing, and all site settings.
Editor Can edit site content and settings, but cannot manage the team or billing.

Inviting someone

  1. Click Add Users.
  2. Enter their email and choose a role.
  3. Send the invite — they'll appear in the team table as Pending until they accept.

Managing members

The team table lists each person's name, email, role, and status. From there you can change a role or remove access. You'll be asked to confirm removals.

Team Members are a paid-plan feature — on a trial you'll see a prompt to upgrade.
