Occurrence Settings
Set the date, place, capacity, and RSVP rules for a single event date.
Editing a date opens its settings, split into Event details and RSVP settings.
Event details
“The date, time, and place guests will see.”
- Event title — “Shown to guests for this date. Leave empty to use the site name.”
- About this date — “A short description shown on the RSVP page.”
- Starts (required) and Ends (optional) — “Times are in” your local timezone.
- Venue — where it's happening.
- Status — “Only published dates accept public RSVPs.”
RSVP settings
“Control capacity, deadlines, and how guests respond.”
- Capacity — “Maximum number of attendees. Leave empty for unlimited.”
- RSVP deadline — “The last day guests can respond. Leave empty for no deadline.”
- Auto-confirm RSVPs — “Confirm guests automatically instead of reviewing each one.”
- Enable waitlist — “When full, collect responses on a waitlist you can promote manually.”
- Invite only — “Hide the public RSVP form so only invited guests can respond.”
- Notification email — “Where new RSVP alerts are sent. Defaults to the site owners.”
Saving
Click Save settings. You'll see “RSVP settings saved.” Use Discard to undo unsaved changes.
